City of Casey Cloth Nappy Expo

Posted in 'Expo's' on October 4, 2009, 10:56 am
The second Cloth Nappy Expo is only days away.  This year is a very green and organic theme and certainly is not limited to just nappies.
This year I have so much I want to bring with me.  I will have original Superdays Cloth Nappies, lots and lots of menstrual pads to choose from (even some heavily discounted liners), certified organic chocolate, clothing and skincare and even all of my wipes, solutions, powders and other bits and bobs.

If you live in Melbourne why not pop in and say hi and feel my products in real life!  Expo is on the 10th October 2009 from 10am-4pm and is free entry.  There's heaps of door prizes and comps running to make this a wonderful day out with the kids.

Feedback from our wonderful customers

Posted in 'Testimonials' on October 16, 2009, 3:48 am

I received my order in the post today and I am in LOVE!!
WOW!
Your pads are beautiful to the eye, lovely & soft to feel and beautifully made.

Sandi

Katerina posted recently about providing a testimonial, I must admit I jumped at the chance as I felt I could publicly give credit where credit is well due & tell people about Twinkle Lily, although I have been doing that for a while in other ways. I stumbled across TL some time ago when I discovered the amazing world of cloth! I browsed the Twinkle Lily site & it wasn't hard to make a quick decision to buy some nappies, and an immediately an addict was born! At the time I found it hard to find a trim yet absorbent nappy; let alone a trim, absorbent & fabulously funky looking one! Twinkle Lily nappies ticked every box & soon made up the bulk of my stash & I was only too happy to spread the Twinkle Lily word. These nappies were so trim which is what impressed me the most, but each was made with environmentally sound fabrics as well. I remember holding my first pul print nappy "Retro Flowers" & penned the words, "I am holding in my hand the most beautiful nappy I have ever seen...' The work-womanship of each nappy was outstanding & this was consistent with every purchase.

Katerina's knowledge of her products & customer service, I feel is exemplary.

What I really love is that Katerina's passion shines through her work as well as her passion for the organic & natural. I have seen Twinkle Lily evolve incredibly over the past 12months & I find this as a WAHM myself, so very inspirational. I know it's been a lot of hard work & throughout she has been professional, dedicated & still finds time to support charity/causes & that is also inspirational! Well done Katerina!

Donna

It's official

Posted in 'New Products' on October 20, 2009, 8:13 am
BabyHosen cloth nappies are officially hitting Twinkle Lily shores this week.

For those of you who don't know about BabyHosen Cloth Nappies;

BabyHosen was founded/created by loving mum Nicole.  The unique features of BabyHosen nappies is a low scoop at the tummy area and the snap configuration which does up on the hips.  Nicole also owns Minicuteture, an online collaboration of crafty mumma stores.

I had the pleasure of receiving a BabyHosen nappy in a swap quite a long time ago, and was astounded at the beautiful fit around the tummy area not to mention the uniqueness of that feature.
So when I found out BabyHosen was in need of some more nourishing, I jumped at the chance.

And here I am today announcing officially that BabyHosen has joined as part of the Twinkle Lily family.

It's been such an honour being part of the Business Mums Network, so I was really stoked to even be a finalist.  A huge thanks to Melissa Khalinsky from business mums for organising these awards.

And a huge congrats to all of the other winners;
