Shipping

All items are posted through Australia Post. Please allow between 7-10 working days for delivery of your item, although it generally will be much quicker than that.

Once I have posted an item, I will not be held responsible for items missing in transit. 

Should you require tracking on your items please select EXPRESS post.

International orders usually take up to 14 days, please contact me if you still have not received your order.

Refunds

Please select your purchase carefully as certain products cannot be returned for a refund due to "change of mind".

I do give measurements where required so please make sure you have taken the proper measurements prior to purchase. Items affected by this policy include cloth nappies and menstrual pads. If any of the said products are faulty or not stitched correctly, they can be returned and exchanged for a replacement (no refund, only exchange - however postage to me will be refunded).  If you find nappies just don't sit right please email me at admin@twinklelily.com so we can discuss further.

All other items can be returned for refund or exchange if faulty or not as described if they have not been washed/used and packaging is still intact.
